The Process

First
It all starts with a free consult call – we will meet to discuss what you are looking for, my process, and to determine if we will be a good fit.

Financial Review
After your records are caught up, we will begin looking at your financial reports together. The first look at clean books can tell us a lot, and I will help interpret the story for you and translate the financial data into actionable steps. If there are easy wins to be made, this is where we will see them!

Kick-off
The first few months are spent cleaning up or catching up on your records. We will communicate frequently during this phase, and this is where I will get to learn the ins and outs of your business.

Ongoing Partnership
Here is where a trusted financial partnership can provide the most value to your business. Each month we will meet to review the financial reports – I will walk you through the data and explain what the numbers are telling us, go over any questions you may have, and together we build on our knowledge and traction from that first financial review. This ongoing relationship is where we will work together to make your goals a reality.
